“In general the Sydney market is operating on a very positive note with strong buyer activity across the board. The number of properties available for sale has declined by approximately 30 percent since the same time last year, which has left buyers competing on fewer options. According to the RP Data Rismark indices, Sydney property prices have increased by 5.8 percent since May 2012 and are continuing on an upward trend.
